Seung Ho Cha
Co-Founder,
CEO
Seung Ho Cha has a total of 30 years of executive experience in finance, accounting, & sales, and a total of 10 years in a director level position in the Construction & Building Materials sector. He is the patent owner of the 2nd version of the Super Coupler in the US (SC2-US)
As the co-founder of Young Shin Development Co. in South Korea, he grew the company from an initial investment of roughly $170,000 USD to $5 million USD AGR within 4 years (converted 1994-1998 KRW to 2022 USD).
He also obtained about $33.4 million USD (converted to 2022 USD) worth of funds for Young Poong Can Co. from 1988-1994 as the Chief of General Affairs and Head of Finance. He also obtained one of the highest IQ scores in his high school, and did accounting for his R.O.K Air Force division for 3 years.

Nicole Cha
Co-Founder, Director
Nicole Cha was a child prodigy that was part of an exclusive child genius program in South Korea. She graduated with a B.A in Philosophy from Emory University and worked as a work-study IT security assistant for the CDC (Center for Disease Control) in the US.
She obtained nanodegrees in Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and AI Programming with Python from Udacity, founded by Stanford university professor Dr. Sebastian Thrun, Ph.D.
She has researched for clients such as Deloitte and Bloomberg, has 5+ years of experience as a SME, and has worked with a variety of Fortune 500 companies over time. She successfully interpreted and wrote the patent papers for the flagship product for Superlink America and has put on multiple hats as a co-founder for the sake of the company.

Hyung Sik Kim

Director of R&D
Hyung Sik Kim has 20 years of experience as an intellectual property specialist for engineering products. He is the patent owner of the 1st version of the Super Coupler in South Korea (SC1-KR). He has a number of awards related to intellectual property.
He is the adjunct professor at Dongmyung University in South Korea, lecturing on intellectual property and entrepreneurship.
He is also a teacher at the Korean Invention Promotion Association and an external director at CoAsia, which has subsidiaries that are official partners of Samsung Electronics. He was the CEO of Ganggasan Co., Ltd. and Camprica from 2009 to 2014. He then became the founder and CEO of Superlink (a South Korean company) in 2017 before joining forces with Seung Ho Cha to create Superlink America, Inc in 2019.

Dr. Sug Whan Kim, Ph.D
R&D Partner
Dr. Sug Whan Kim, PhD is a tenured professor of optical sciences in the Dept. of Astronomy at Yonsei University, which is ranked Top #2 in the list of prestigious universities of South Korea.
He has 40 years of knowledge and experience in space optics and satellite instruments, and he has worked with NASA on the GALEX project for 3 years (1999-2002) while also working as visiting faculty for the California Institute of Technology.
He obtained his BSc and MSc at Yonsei University in South Korea and his PhD at the University College London (UCL) in the UK in 1993. He also worked as a research scientist for the Institute of Astronomy, as well as the Korean Astronomy and Space Science Institute. He was the R&D Director of Optical Generics Ltd. for 5 years (1994 – 1999), and he has now been the CEO of Tyrenn Co. in South Korea for the last 6 years. He has over 15 patents to his name with 5 either patented or patent pending in the US. For his nanobot invention (Korean patent 10-1874925), he won the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy Award (Gold Award) at the 2019 Korea Invention Competition and Seoul International Exhibition. He retired as a professor in February 2023 and plans to move to the US to work with Superlink America on future product lines due to his loyalty, trust, and friendship with CEO Seung Ho Cha.

Dr. Dong Kyu Lee, Ph.D,
MBA, J.D
Business Management Advisor
Dr. Dong Kyu Lee (PhD, MBA, J.D) is a professor at the Graduate School of Business of Kyung Hee University in South Korea. He graduated from Seoul National University's School of Law, which is ranked Top #1 in the list of prestigious universities of South Korea, and studied abroad at University of Washington and Michigan State University.
He is a Chosun Ilbo (Korean News Outlet) Fixed Columnist, and was listed in the Kyobo Gwanghwamun Writing Board's "50 People Who Move Korea" in early 2022. He is also the author of the best-selling book "A Difference in Thought Makes First-Class" (『생각의 차이가 일류를 만든다』), which broke through the 10th printing for 21st Century Books.
He has received a plethora of awards and recognitions, of which many come from the South Korean Government. He has obtained the 'National Quality Award', 'National Productivity Award', 'Korea Service Award: Jury', 'Korea Knowledge Award', 'Korea Service Award', 'Governmental Innovation Merit, Presidential Commendation' Award, and the 'Yonsei MBA Business Award'. He is a member of the Government Innovation Management Committee of the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs in South Korea. After serving as an evaluation member of the Presidential Regional Development Committee, he became the team leader of the Government Management Evaluation Team of Public Institutions in the Ministry of Strategy and Finance. He then served as the Chairman of the Jury for the Career Grand Prize held by the South Korean Government. In addition, he is an advisor to the Korea Service Management Association and Korea ESG Society, as well as the Vice President of Korea-Indonesia Management Association (KIMA), where he is responsible for quality and production management. He is also an advisor to Lawfirm Class, LLC, a large and reputable law firm in South Korea.
